Pranom Thai Pop-Up is at Euda. Chef Dream Kasestatad comes from four generations of family-owned Thai restaurants and has spent the past ten years cooking on the road as a traveling pop-up chef. Expect both a meat and vegan option.

Alongside the food, we're pouring a new off-dry Riesling for the first time, built to hold up next to Pranom's spice rather than get lost behind it.

We'll walk you through a guided painting (butterflies are the plan, but nobody's checking) from blank canvas to something you'll actually hang up. Bring whatever painting ability you have, or none, and a willingness to make a mess.

$40 covers the canvas, paints, brushes, and step-by-step guidance. Wine sold separately, strongly encouraged.

Come join us at Euda Wine for an afternoon of paper flower making, good wine, and zero pressure. Each guest will design their own paper dogwood flower — and if you've ever seen a dogwood in bloom, you already know how worth it this is. These flowers are stunning, and yours will be too.

Our own Anne will be on hand the whole time to walk you through every fold and petal, so no experience (or confidence) is required. Just show up, sip something you love, and leave with something beautiful.

Euda Wine is proud to host Asheville singer-songwriter Mike Hollon for an evening of original music in the tasting room.

Mike's sound draws from blues, roots rock, soul, folk, and classic country — a style built over years of living, working every kind of job, and always coming back to music as the thing that matters most. His songs center on struggle and the quiet strength it takes to keep going, and his writing has earned recognition in both Paste Magazine and Classic Rock UK.

Rooted now in Asheville after years in Nebraska, San Diego, and Kansas City, Mike found his footing in the mountains — hiking the trails, soaking in the music scene, and committing more deeply than ever to his craft.
